In 2019 he launched a publication, SCRNSHT, composed of real screenshots, gathering digital conversations with fashion heavyweights such as Marc Jacobs and James Scully, into a physical object and in 2020, M’Pelé released The Fashion Podcast as an independent side project. He is a judge on several fashion competitions including the 2021 ANDAM Awards and the 2021 British Fashion Council/GQ Menswear Fund. M’Pelé is a graduate of Central Saint Martins, where he obtained a BA in Fashion Journalism.
