The time it takes to get onboarded will depend on the package and number of solutions you have selected. Typically, the onboarding process will involve implementation meetings, product workshops for each of your apps and optional follow up calls with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. In this way, we ensure that you and your team have a seamless and comprehensive onboarding process.

You can access Launchmetrics’ Brand Performance Cloud, a unified SaaS cloud solution for brand performance lifecycle management. A solution refers to each unique software included in our Brand Performance Cloud. Through our solutions, you can manage your samples, plan digital & physical events, create and amplify digital assets and showrooms, monitor your brand’s media mentions, benchmark against competitors, and more.

 

When you sign up to one of our packages, you will need to choose which solutions you want to have access to. If you choose the Brand Performance Essentials package, you will be able to choose any 2 solutions to access (regardless of your number of seats), however, if you choose the Brand Performance Enterprise or Ultimate packages, you have no limits on how many solutions you can have access to.

A seat allows the user to access a solution. Each solution access accounts for an individual seat. This means that if you need access to 3 of our software solutions, you would need 3 seats, even if it is for one individual user. 

 

In other words, each seat needs to be assigned to a solution. Each solution you choose to access must have at least 1 seat assigned to it. However, you can have multiple seats assigned to the same solution if you would like.

At Launchmetrics, we prioritize offering expert, continuous customer support which is why all of our products come with your own personal dedicated customer success manager to help you make the most of your new software. Additionally, we offer:
